Some Little-Known Pieces of Information Concerning the Designer and Inventor Nicholas Bredimus

Posted by admin - February 2nd, 2010

Hailing from New Jersey, Nicholas Bredimus united the spheres of software, airlines, and hospitality and to the benefit of these trades. His resume covers time-saving software, air safety enhancements, and he’s even involved in designing high-value homes. Whatever he turns to, you can bet he will address every ounce of his passion to it.

It could be foreseen, mind you, that given his heritage he was sure to reach prominence. Traceable all the way to classical times and in fact Nicholas’ ancestry connects to many parts of Europe. Following the maternal line, on the one hand, he hails from German and Scottish origins. A similarly wide blend typifies his father’s side — prior to their emigration in the late nineteenth century, Bredimus’ ancestors dwelt in England and Luxembourg.

This dauntless drive continued on arrival in America. Growing up one of seven siblings, Nicholas would be born to a father who worked as a mechanical design engineer, and a mother who earned her living as a practicing nurse. Mr Bredimus went on to dwell in Texas for several years as well as in Reston, VA, Scottsdale, AZ and Kansas City, MO.

What, you might ask, did Nicholas Bredimus do with his heritage and education? He would swiftly embark on a series of respected posts, all as part of distinguished airlines. Among these was included the vp post for Hughes Airwest, Republic Airlines, and Trans World Airlines (TWA). But even taking all that into account, however, the airline industry has felt the need to be grateful even more for his innovation in software programming. His outstanding innovations in the field of aircraft maintenance software, typical now throughout the airline business although originally produced for one specific firm, resulted in what is still his most famous piece. He programmed several other computerized solutions for the hotel and airline industries as well, among them robotic programs for handling airline reservations, used by fifty or more airlines, and his innovative pc based room reservation system in use in the hotel industry, first put to use at more than seven hundred venues. He went on to code a specialist system known as QuikTix, an electronic ticketing network. He has also taken on a number of positions entirely unconnected to software development, it should be mentioned. Major positions with American Airlines and American Express were to come, and of course he launched his own company seventeen years ago. Though he has stepped back from the positions in which he first knew fortune, his capabilities are, regardless, still very much in use. He is now trying to solve the architectural problems behind the creation of environmentally safe, technologically advanced luxurious homes. It’s truly fantastic how far passion can take you!
